Warranty

Built to Be Worn — and Worn Again

Our footwear is constructed to last, and our warranty backs the parts that should never fail under normal use. This policy covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

We cover, for the expected useful life of the product under normal wear:

  • Separation of the sole from the upper at the welt
  • Failure of the air-cushioned sole's air chamber under normal use
  • Structural defects in stitching, eyelets, or hardware
  • Premature cracking or tearing of leather or suede from a material fault

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and patina — scuffs, creases, and softening are part of the character
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme conditions
  • Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or resoling by third parties
  • Neglect, such as exposure to heat, chemicals, or improper storage
  • Items bought from unauthorized resellers

Before You File a Claim

A little care goes a long way and may resolve the issue:

  1. Clean the pair with a suitable leather or suede product.
  2. Condition the leather to prevent drying and cracking.
  3. Protect against water and salt with an appropriate protector.
  4. Photograph the issue clearly, including the welt and sole.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Visit our Contact page with your order number and photos of the defect.
  2. Our team reviews the claim, usually within a few business days.
  3. If covered, we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion — at no cost to you.

Paid Repair for Accidental Damage

Even when a fault isn't covered, we can often help:

  • Minor resoling and heel repairs are available for a fee
  • Send photos via the Contact page for a quote
  • We'll be straight with you about whether repair is worth it

Our Philosophy

A boot worth owning is a boot worth fixing. We'd rather resole than replace, for your wallet and the planet.
